How does pricing work?+
Three core services have flat rates: Delivery ($149), Junk Haul ($199), Loading Help ($360 for 2 hours, $180/hr after). Bigger jobs (apartments, houses, long-distance) we quote case-by-case based on size, distance, and access. You see the price before we start — no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. EasyMove SWFL Express LLC is a registered Florida business with commercial general liability and cargo coverage. We can share our Certificate of Insurance on request.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Just text us. Reschedules 24+ hours in advance are no charge. Last-minute changes we'll work with you.
Do you handle long-distance moves?+
Yes. Statewide Florida and interstate. Recent jobs to Georgia, Atlanta, Miami, and Orlando. Use the custom quote form above for a real number.
How do I pay?+
Card, ACH bank transfer, or in person. We require a deposit to lock in the booking — the rest is due on completion.
How much is the deposit?+
$50 for single-item delivery, $75 for junk hauls, $100 for loading help. Bigger jobs are 20% of the quoted total. The deposit applies to your final bill — it's not an extra charge.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancel 24+ hours in advance and your deposit is fully refundable. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit since we've already turned away other jobs to hold your slot.
Do you provide moving supplies?+
We bring pads, straps, shrink wrap, and dollies for every job — no extra charge. If you need boxes, we can source them as an add-on. Just let us know in your quote request.
Will you assemble or disassemble furniture?+
Yes — we handle disassembly at pickup and reassembly at drop-off for common items (bed frames, dining tables, basic IKEA-style furniture). Complex pieces like wall units or custom built-ins are quoted case-by-case.
