Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply to all moving, delivery, junk removal, and loading services provided by EasyMove SWFL Express LLC ("EasyMove," "we," "us"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & deposit

To secure your booking slot, a deposit is required:

The deposit applies to your final bill — it is not an extra charge. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

2. Cancellation policy

3. Quoted prices

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual job significantly differs (more items, stairs not disclosed, access issues, etc.), pricing may be adjusted. We will always communicate any price change before continuing the job. You can choose to proceed at the adjusted rate or stop the service (subject to a partial charge for time spent).

4. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and cash. Payment processing is handled securely through QuickBooks Payments. The full balance is due upon completion of the service.

5. Liability & damage

EasyMove takes reasonable care to protect your items. We are not responsible for:

7. Junk removal

For junk hauls, you are responsible for disclosing the nature of items being removed. We cannot accept hazardous waste, certain electronics (CRT TVs in some areas), or items prohibited by local disposal facilities. We will inform you on-site if any items must be excluded.

8. Insurance & licensing

EasyMove SWFL Express LLC is a registered Florida business with commercial general liability and cargo insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request.

10. Disputes

Any disputes related to our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute directly before involving outside parties.
